We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry about buying, selling or part-exchanging a vehicle. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

How Long We Keep It

If no transaction takes place, we delete your data within 6 months of your enquiry. If a sale occurs, we retain records as required by HMRC (typically 6 years).

Who We Share It With

Your enquiry is delivered via Formspree (formspree.io), a secure form processing service. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to all vehicle sales made by Park Road Autos Ltd, Company No. 13572832, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all vehicles we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you believe a vehicle does not meet these standards, please contact us at salesparkautos@outlook.com or call 07865 508667 and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Warranty

Every vehicle is supplied with a 3 month Clear Cover warranty as standard, extendable up to 3 years. Warranty terms are provided by Clear Cover at point of sale. The warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Mileage & Condition

All mileages shown are as recorded at the time of listing and are provided in good faith. All vehicles are inspected prior to sale. Any known defects will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Part Exchange

Part exchange valuations are provided in good faith based on the information supplied. We reserve the right to revise a valuation upon physical inspection of the vehicle.

Complaints
